I am super excited to announce this giveaway! One lucky reader will win a $25 gift certificate to MixMyGranola. A few of you may remember when I wrote about discovering this company in a previous post. Since then, I've had the wonderful opportunity to get in touch with Raoul of MixMyGranola and create my own mix (my husband did as well). The "Katie's Mix" and "Eric's Mix" arrived this afternoon, and just in time for lunch. I have to tell you this is easily the best granola I've had. As in best I've ever had.
Because I love all things tropical, my mix consisted of of: organic granola, dried pineapple, dried mango, coconut, and macadamia nuts. Eric's mix is french vanilla granola, dried cherries, almonds, and chocolate chips. I haven't tasted his yet since he's at work, but I can't wait. It smells absolutely drool-worthy!MixMyGranola is very generous with all the add ons (dried fruit, seeds, nuts, and "extras"). There was a piece (or more!) of something scrumptious in every bite. I love the design of their website and the ease of it's navigation. It is so simple to create your own mix and there are so many options. Don't worry if you're feeling indecisive, MixMyGranola has several pre-made options to choose from as well. My custom mix was shipped via FedEx and arrived lickety split and in super sleek tube packages labeled with our mix names and nutritional information.
I love how the founders took their search and passion for the perfect granola to a whole new level. Instead of finding it, they created it.
You'll have fun experimenting with making your own custom mixes. FREE shipping for goodLife {eats} readers using the promo code Ship123. Go ahead and order some, you won't regret it! I'm already thinking up the next mix I will buy.Andreas, Matt and Raoul founded MixMyGranola in 2008. The idea of MixMyGranola was born when the three of us were sitting together at breakfast one morning discussing what the perfect granola would be like. Each one of us had different ideas and none of the ready-made granolas that we could find in supermarkets and grocery stores really fulfilled all of our granola dreams.
So we started looking for the best granolas and the best ingredients and started creating our own granola mixes. While trying new combinations and new ingredients, we thought: hey - other people might want to do the same.
