Menu Plan

We don't have much of a menu plan this week because we're headed out on our first vacation for the year. Seattle, here we come! I'm sure we'll be eating delicious meals as we always do while we're there because my mother-in-law is a fabulous cook! I usually come home with a few new recipes. We had planned for the Marinara Sauce for Sunday, but after a late lunch of leftover burgers ended up just snacking for dinner.

• Sunday: Blue Cheese Balsamic Hamburgers, Watermelon, and Watermelon Lemonade*
• Monday: Homemade Marinara Sauce, Pasta, and Green Salad

Happy Mother's Day to all you mom's out there! I'm heading to a Mother's Tea with my MOMS Group tomorrow morning. I'll be bringing Cannoli Sandwich Cookies.

*Watermelon was 25 cents/lb. Can't beat that!
