To Taste Tuesday

Rosemary is pretty easy to come by here in New Mexico; and I'm not talking about at the grocery store. It is frequently incorporated into landscape designs due to it's nature of being a drought tolerant plant. It's also a great addition to a beginner garden because it's easy to grow and pest-resistant. A few days ago my neighbor gave me a huge bunch of rosemary from his plant. I've found some fun things I'd like to make using it, aside from the rosemary focaccia bread and rosemary potatoes I've made before.

  2. I love all the rosemary. I just did a mango lime rosemary ice cream and it was delicious. The rosemary simple syrup has me intrigued.
