  3. There was a great article in Woman's World this past week that had a ton of awesome spa recipes you could make at home-facial, conditioners, and foot soaks... It was pretty cool!

  8. Spas are great and I've always tried to find new ways to turn my shower into a spa. These are my four quickie tips for a spa at home:

    Apricot Scrub Facial
    Olive Oil / Egg Whites for Hair Repair
    Venus Breeze
