Family Meal Time

Family meal time is something that has always been important to me. I grew up that way, my husband grew up that way, and we are raising our kids to appreciate sitting down and eating a meal together as a family. We eat better, we connect better, and we share better. I think it's one of the best ways to become one as a family and make memories. So much can happen in the kitchen while you prepare and enjoy a meal together. Just think about some of your favorite memories for a minute...how many of those involved family and food? For me, there's a lot of them - this blog is filled with family stories and experiences from the kitchen.
