Sugar and Spice Almonds | Maple Pecans

I have been snacking nonstop on these nuts since I made them last weekend. They are so yummy and would make a great last minute gift since they're so super easy: just put them in little cellophane baggies, tie with a sweet Christmas bow, attach the recipe, and there you go. Great to have on hand for last minute gifts as well or just in case you forgot someone.

So head on over to Craft to get the recipe for Maple Pecans and Sugar & Spice Almonds. Even if you don't need these for gifts, they are a wonderful healthier holiday snack to set out. What recipe would you like to see next Wednesday on Craft: Candied Orange Peels or Salted Vanilla Caramels? I haven't decided yet, so I'm putting it up for a vote.

  8. Caramels are my most favorite...HOWEVER, I was thinking that I have a bunch of oranges right now, and I am very curious as to how one would make candied orange peels. Plus it is such a unique idea for a holiday treat and would make a fun article. So the orange peels are my vote.
