Bread

Ever since I made the Basic Italian Loaf for Christmas dinner I have been wanting to try my hand at more breads. Good bread always seems like it would be so hard to make, but I've had a few successes that leave me wanting to try more. I was googling bread and came across this site: The Knead for Bread - I'm drooling here. So many yummy looking recipes! I've got the Basic Italian Loaf in the oven right now and it smells soooo good!
