- Tuesday: Leftovers
- Wednesday: Chicken and Asparagus Stir Fry in a Honey Ginger Sauce
- Thursday: Lemon Rosemary Chicken Kebabs with Grilled Red Potatoes
- Friday: Leftovers
- Saturday: Date Night - Macaroni Grill Giftcard
This week's sweet treat: Blueberry Scones with Lemon Glaze (Madeline ate all the blueberries before we could make these last week, so we made Almond Butter Cookies instead)

Sunday-Salmon with brown rice and veggies
Monday-Salad with roasted rosemary potatoes
Tuesday-Black bean and veggie quesidillas
Wed-Homemade spinach pasta with my veggie marinara
Thurs-Baked oatmeal with berries-I like b-fast for dinner:)
Friday-Maybe doing a cooking class? Not sure yet.
Saturday-Maybe out??
