If you are visiting from Coscto Connection, I would like to take a minute to introduce myself to you:
My name is Katie Goodman and I began goodLife {eats} in fall 2008. I have always loved being in the kitchen, eating and sharing recipes with my friends and family. Some of my favorite memories throughout life have occurred in the kitchen and around the table with food and family. I currently reside in New Mexico with my husband and two children. Besides cooking and creating recipes (and of course eating, too!) I love to read and take pictures. I am a beginning, but very enthusiastic, vegetable gardener and am enjoying making my house a home.
I began goodLife {eats} as a way to express my creativity and archive some of my favorite recipes, new and old. A mix of great recipes, family memories, and yummy photography is what you'll discover here. I never could have guessed it would be what it is today. It has provided me with opportunities to freelance for Paula Deen Online and Craftzine.com. I am extremely blessed to have a job that I truly have a passion for and can do from home.
I would love to share some of my favorite recipes from the site with you and invite you to explore my recipe index as well.
- Indian Butter Chicken with Basmati Rice

I actually found you via TastyKitchen website. After looking at a few recipes out of hundreds of them, I saw that there was a common factor in all of them: they were written by you, so I had to come see your blog.
